This policy outlines specific terms and conditions related to joining WalkStyles as a registered member (subscriber).

Billing for Fee-Based Services

Billing for Fee-Based Services; Automatic Renewals

As a subscriber to WalkStyles Services which are subject to a fee, you must have Internet access and a valid credit card ("Payment Method"). Upon completing the subscription process, your Payment Method will be authorized for an amount up to one month of service. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may reflect this authorization. You have a grace period of three (3) days in which you can cancel your subscription to avoid charges to your Payment Method. If you do not cancel, you agree that we are permitted to charge or debit, as applicable, your Payment Method for the Term's associated subscription fee (currently US $5.95 monthly) and any applicable tax. All subscribers have a Term of one month.

You agree your paid subscription will be automatically renewed for successive Terms, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your paid membership or we terminate it. We will automatically bill your Payment Method for the Term's associated subscription fee on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription billing. YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE IT RENEWS IN ORDER TO AVOID BILLING OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Account Information & Cancellation

At any time, you can view all applicable information with regards to your subscription status, billing information, Payment Method, and billing renewal date by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link on the WalkStyles member web site, and then clicking on the ‘Registration Info’ menu. You may also edit your Payment Method if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, or if you simply want to switch to a new Payment Method. All changes become effective on the next billing cycle.

As noted above, you may cancel your paid subscription to WalkStyles at any time by logging into your account and then accessing My Account – Registration Info – Billing Information. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. Once cancelled, you may no longer have access to fee-based Services, including but not limited to, advanced charts, personal wellness information such as other wellness goals, diet and nutrition tracking, and journal notes.

As a no cost subscriber, you may also cancel your membership in its entirety at any time by logging into your account and then accessing My Account – Registration Info – Account Registration. Once cancelled, you will no longer be a subscriber to the WalkStyles Services and will no longer have access to the WalkStyles Services.

Registration and Account Related Obligations
In consideration of your use of the WalkStyles Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process and to maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

You will receive a login ID and password to your account upon successful completion of the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify WalkStyles of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. WalkStyles cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

WalkStyles Subscribers
As a WalkStyles subscriber, you agree not to share, transfer, misuse or otherwise fraudulently use your membership in WalkStyles with regards to any WalkStyles Service.

You further agree that although the WalkStyles systems are designed and thoroughly tested to ensure quality service, you will not hold WalkStyles responsible for errors, omissions, failure to successfully upload DashTrak data or any other errors related to use of the service (see general Terms of Use Disclaimer).

WalkStyles Groups
WalkStyles allows the creation of group entities, either as a one-to-one association with another member to share step and other information (SoleMate™), or the creation of both public and private communities or clubs (collectively referred to as “WalkStyles Groups”, or “Groups”). Participation in these Groups can only be done as a registered subscriber and is completely voluntary. Clubs have designated administrators. For personal SoleMate associations, you are your own group administrator of those associations. As a member of a WalkStyles Group, you agree to abide by the program rules, if any, set forth by the Group administrator(s).

It is important to note that WalkStyles is not responsible for managing or administering any WalkStyles Group. All communication, questions or other administrative actions with regards to Groups you participate in should be with its members or if applicable, the group administrator. WalkStyles Group information, content or communications either posted at the WalkStyles web site or facilitated by the WalkStyles Services is the responsibility of the group administrators. We are not involved in the representation of such content and therefore have no control over the quality, safety, legality, truth or accuracy of any information, services or claims. We also cannot control the ability of our WalkStyles members to participate in the programs or services set forth by a WalkStyles Group.

Because we act only as a facilitator, in the event that you have a dispute with a WalkStyles Group or any of its members, you release WalkStyles (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

WalkStyles Group Administrators
You must be legally able to conduct the services you advertise, create and/or enable through WalkStyles. You agree that any information, communication, or offer created and made available to your members within the WalkStyles Services is your sole responsibility.

Your Interactions with Other Members
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other registered members. You understand that WalkStyles does not in any way screen its members, nor does WalkStyles inquire into the backgrounds of its members or attempt to verify the statements of its members. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other members of the Services, particularly if you decide to meet or engage in events offline or in person.

Termination
You agree that WalkStyles may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your WalkStyles account, and access to the WalkStyles Services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) discontinuance or material modification to the WalkStyles Services (or any part thereof), (c) unexpected technical issues or problems. Termination for cause is at the sole discretion of WalkStyles and shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, or access to the WalkStyles Services.

General Practices Regarding Use And Storage
We are committed to providing to a long lasting partnership and relationship with our members, and will strive to build our systems to maximize the longevity of the use of WalkStyles Services as well as your personal data. You acknowledge that WalkStyles may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the WalkStyles Services, including without limitation the maximum number of days that personal wellness data, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service. You agree that WalkStyles has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other content maintained or transmitted by the WalkStyles Services. You acknowledge that all data associated with any cancelled or terminated account may be deleted permanently and without notice. You acknowledge that WalkStyles reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that WalkStyles reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
