WalkStyles store: our guarantee & return policy
We appreciate your business and want to make sure you are satisfied with your
purchase. Please do not remove the tags from Apparel & Accessories until you
approve of their proper fit, fabric and color, or damage/discard Electronic
Device packaging and the included components.
If you should want to return or exchange merchandise purchased from
WalkStyles.com for credit, fill out the
WalkStyles Return Policy and Procedure Form. Returned item(s) must be in
new condition, complete with tags attached (Clothing & Accessories), and/or
with all packaging and components undamaged (Electronic Devices), and be
received by WalkStyles, Inc. within 30 days of your receipt of the original
order. Once we receive the item(s) in proper condition, we will issue credit to
the credit card account used for the original purchase, not including shipping.
Please note, that if returned merchandise does not conform to our Return Policy
we may, at our option, disallow the return or charge a 15% restocking fee to
offset the cost of replacing tags, packaging or components.
If your items were damaged in shipping, or you feel your WalkStyles.com
merchandise has a Warranty Issue or is outside our Return Policy, please refer
to our warranty under
DashTrak FAQs and contact customer
service immediately with your request.

For your security, please return orders with an insured courier (ex. FedEx,
UPS) and retain your receipt. WalkStyles is not responsible for items damaged
in return shipment.
