Dana Denis, MSPH., RD (topic expert:

Dana Denis is a registered dietitian with the American Dietetic Association.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola Marymount University in
Los Angeles, California and her Master of Science in Public Health, Nutritional
Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has held clinical
and management positions in the Department of Food and Nutrition Services at
Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dana lives with her husband and two sons in
Manhattan Beach, California.

Toddi Gutner

Toddi is an award-winning journalist who has covered the financial markets,
real estate, retirement issues, small business and women in business, among
other topics, for print, television, radio and the internet. She is currently a
contributing writer covering career issues for the Wall Street Journal.
Toddi is also a senior writer and communications consultant for The
Conference Board, a business and nonprofit economic think tank, where she
creates and produces publications for print and new media. In addition, she
collaborates and strategizes on media issues for small businesses, companies
and organizations such as Meredith Corporation, among others.
For the last eleven years, she was an associate editor at BusinessWeek
magazine, where she wrote stories and special reports on such topics as the
hidden impact of the alternative minimum tax, the transformation of the bond
market in the digital age, and baby boomers who still want to work in
retirement. Toddi became the first woman columnist at BusinessWeek magazine
when she created and wrote a popular and well-respected weekly column in print
and online called HERS, which focused on women and their financial and
professional lives. Toddi also developed and edited a page of brief news items.
Before joining Businessweek in 1996, Toddi wrote for Forbes magazine
for five years. Prior to becoming a journalist, Toddi was as an economic
analyst for five years at a private economic consulting firm, National Economic
Research Associates in Washington, D.C. Toddi received her Masters in
Journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and a
B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan. Toddi lives with her husband

Nan Kappeler, BS, AS

Nan Kappeler is the owner of NC Kappeler, LLC, fitness consulting services. She
has spent 15 years working in the fitness industry providing personal training
and physical rehabilitation to people of all ages and abilities in the Orange
County, California area. She is an accomplished triathlete and conducts
triathlon training clinics in Newport Beach, California. She plans to launch
her newest triathlon product in the spring of 2007.
Nan's credentials include a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of
Maryland, and an A.S. in physical therapy from Loma Linda University. She is
also a certified Twinges and Hinges water exercise teacher for the Arthritis
Foundation and certified in teaching balance and mobility classes from the
gerontology department at California State University in Fullerton.

Roberta Lee, MD (topic expert: health)
Roberta Lee, MD, is Medical Director of the Center for Health and Healing,
Director of Continuing Medical Education, and Co-Director of the Fellowship in
Integrative Medicine at Beth Israel's Continuum Center for Health and Healing
(CCHH). In addition, she conducts a clinical practice in Internal and
Integrative medicine at CCHH. The Center is a multi-disciplinary clinic which
includes a mixture of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and
traditional healers working together to provide integrative medical management
with a special focus on the preventative aspects of health. She recently
co-edited a text on integrative medicine, entitled Integrative Medicine:
Principles for Practice.
Dr. Lee is an Honorary Research Associate at The New York Botanical Garden in
the Institute of Economic Botany. Her research interests include studying a
cross section of cultural and botanical influences on health, healing, and
promotion of wellness in chronic disease.
Dr. Lee attended medical school at George Washington University Medical School
after completing her undergraduate training at UC Berkeley. Following the
completion of her residency, she served as a U.S Public Health Service
physician in Micronesia for five years.
Dr. Lee lectures and writes on the uses of botanical medicine and integrative
approaches to a variety of medical conditions. She has served as a member on
the ad hoc Botanical Advisory committee for U.S. Pharmacoepoeia and is a
medical advisor for the Herbalist Guild. Currently she is regular contributing
editor to EXPLORE: The Journal of Science and Healing, consulting editor for
Herbclip, a botanical news letter from the American Botanical Council, and an
Advisory Board Member for the American Botanical Council.

Dennis Parks, MBA

Dennis's credentials for writing about the world of walking have evolved from
his "on-the-job" training trying to keep pace with his wife Sue plus years of
personal walking adventures from the summit of Mt. Whitney to the jungles of
Viet Nam and the streets of most major cities in between. Dennis loves the game
of golf and insists on walking the game, course permitting.
Dennis holds an MBA in Marketing and is an experienced corporate leader and
communicator. As a communicator, in his career prior to launching WalkStyles
with Sue, he wrote monthly "industry expert" columns for several trade
publications. Dennis truly believes that walking for fun, health and
companionship is the only way to live life and he will help you do it properly!

Sue Parks (topic expert: community)
Sue Parks is founder and CEO of WalkStyles, a company devoted to helping people
live active, healthy lifestyles.
Prior to the launch of WalkStyles, Parks held the number two positions at
Kinko's and Gateway as well as executive roles at USWest. It was during her
corporate years that Parks became a 10,000 step a day walker.
She is the co author (with Pat Bonavia, VP of Corporate Wellness for
WalkStyles) of "I Count: 10 Simple Steps to a Healthy Life".
Parks founded the Women's Philanthropy Fund with Orange County's United Way.
She serves on the Orange County boards of the United Way, Susan G. Komen, UC
Irvine Paul Merage School of Business, WomanSage and the Girl Scouts.

Ken Potalivo (topic expert: productivity, passion and purpose)
Ken Potalivo is President and founder of ProGrowth, Inc., a business and
personal coaching organization established in January 1997. Ken founded
ProGrowth because he believed coaching would make a significant difference in
the lives of service professionals. His philosophy is anchored in the belief
that every service professional is an individual entity and that his/her
success is based on fundamental business principles. He has personally
conducted over 10,000 coaching sessions and his organization continues to focus

lives with his wife Betty in San Juan Capistrano, California.

Judy B. Rosener, Ph.D.

Dr. Rosener is a professor in the Paul Merage School of Business, UC Irvine.
Her research focus is on gender issues in the workplace. She is considered an
expert in this field and is a sought after speaker at corporations,
professional organizations and educational institutions.
Dr. Rosener is the author of the path-breaking article, "Ways Women Lead," (Harvard
Business Review, November/December, 1990), co-author of Workforce
America! Managing Employee Diversity as a Vital Resource (Business One
